Sooo this is an Unreal Engine Asset pack that started out during the development of Waterline (previous project) - while Waterline eventually overcame the majority of visible tiling when it cam to its textures, early versions trying to incorporate wave foam, wind patches, shore waves all eventually ended up making the shader extremely expensive to run, while also being effects that are visible only in very specific scenarios.
Normally decals would solve this, but there was a problem - UE4 does not natively support decal projection on translucent materials... and thus Waterstamp was born a material built-up from scratch to project textures and behave much like a normal decal actor while working on translucent surfaces!
